Standard Shipping for Protection Equipment

- **Delivery Time:** Typically 3-14 business days. Delays possible due to holidays or events.
- **Carrier:** FedEx Ground for lightning rod protection equipment and in extremely rare circumstances UPS is used (no exceptions); UPS or USPS for fancy items.

Standard Fancy Item Shipping

- **Delivery Time:** Processing times are 5-7 business days; shipping occurs at the end of the week.
- **Carrier:** USPS or UPS

Returns Policy

- **Satisfaction Guarantee:** Full refund for unsatisfied purchases.
- **Return Request Period:** Within 7 days of order receipt.
- **Condition for Return:** Must include original order number and return reason.
- **Refund Details:** Covers product cost only; excludes shipping and handling.
- **Return Packaging:** Original form and packaging required.
- **Return Authorization Period:** Item must be received within 7 days of authorization.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Lightning rods, fancy arrows with tail glass, and balls (unless returned in original packaging). Cable cannot be returned under any circumstances unless there is a physical defect or order order error.
- **Restocking Fee:**  15% of the product cost for protection equipment. Fancy items do not incur a restocking fee.
- **Refund Processing Time:** 14-45 days to reflect on credit card statement.
- **Damaged Packaging Fee:** $5 per damaged package.

International Shipping

- **Countries Served:** Wide range, excluding Level 4 DO NOT TRAVEL countries as listed by the US Government.
- **Rates:** Vary by destination country.
- **Exceptions:** USPS does not ship fancy items to Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Ukraine.
